CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking with me, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Please read carefully. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are not inside the suite within those 10 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a no-show. Fills should be scheduled every 2–3 weeks depending on your retention. Not sure? Just message me! If less than 40–50% of lashes remain, it will be considered a full set and your appointment may need to be moved. A 40% cancellation fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment — even if you reschedule within that time frame. Refunds are not offered. If you need any tweaks, let me know within 24–48 hours and I’ll take care of you. Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Arriving with dirty lashes may cut into your appointment time or require removal/rebooking. Remaining balance is due at the time of service. I accept cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
